Government agencies and other asset holders may provide procedures that allow an owner to pursue certain claims directly without hiring a private recovery company.

National Asset Recovery Group provides research, documentation, and recovery assistance under the terms agreed to with each client.

Fees and services may be subject to applicable state law.

Our fee structure is a success fee that generally ranges from 10%–20% of the gross value of recovered funds, depending on the state and applicable requirements. There is no upfront recovery fee, and no success fee is owed if there is no recovery. All fees are disclosed and agreed to before we begin recovery services and are subject to applicable state law.
